2-1-1 Information
Provides information and referral services to persons of
all ages who are seeking help from Health and Human
Services agencies in Cooke, Fannin, and Grayson
counties. Specialized access and assistance is provided
to persons with disabilities and/or who are elderly.
Access to other voluntary services can be arranged
through the Access Center, including: Grayson County
Medication Assistance Program, and NAMI-GFC.
